Sounding tables, vessel profiles, entered data, calculations, transfers, interpolated values, and displayed tank quantities may contain errors or may not accurately represent actual tank contents.

The Chief Engineer or responsible vessel personnel must independently verify tank soundings, capacities, loading limits, transfer quantities, and available space against the vessel’s official sounding tables, load plan, and other approved vessel documentation before conducting any transfer, bunkering, loading, discharge, or other operation.

Engine Order Technologies LLC makes no guarantee that information or calculations produced by Tanks are complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular vessel or operation. Use of Tanks does not relieve vessel personnel of their responsibility for the safe operation of the vessel.
